Depending on the size of the project, the video production process will generally take 1-4 weeks to complete. If there are many edits to make during the post-production phase, it can take up to 2 weeks longer than the expected finish date.

Our team likes to collaborate with the client as much as possible so that we can create something as close to your vision as possible. You can expect weekly meetings to discuss any updates we have and to collect information we may need from you.
Our team will send the videos to you in the .mp4 or .mov format. If you need the files to be converted to another format, we will be happy to provide you with them.

Although you don’t have to provide us with assets, we would appreciate it if you supply us with anything you would like to include in the video – especially your logo and branding guidelines. This can help us get a better understanding of the direction we should be heading towards.
During the post-production phase, we are very flexible when it comes to the amount of edits that can be made on the video. We want our customers to be satisfied with the final product and to proudly share it with their audience. While we are flexible with the number of edits, we still expect the number of changes to be fair to the allotted timeline and budget of the project.
Yes! Adding subtitles to a video is a very common request and we’d be more than happy to do it. Our team also offers separate subtitle files if you don’t want them to be put directly on the video.
